Wireless sensor network as an important technical support of smart city, its application in environmental monitoring and water resources management has a profound impact on economic growth. Water resource is one of the most dependent resources for human beings. With the growth of world population and the rapid development of economy, water resource crisis is constant, water pollution, water shortage and water waste coexist. How to build a perfect water resource economic policy is a worldwide problem at present. At present, the formulation of water resources policies is often based on experience or the knowledge system of decision makers. Due to the dynamic nature of water resources utilization and the incomplete information of decision makers, there are often policy failures, which affect economic growth. Based on this, this paper uses system dynamics model to study the mechanism of water resources management policies affecting economic growth by taking Gansu, Tianjin and Zhejiang as three qualitatively representative arid areas, transitional areas and water-rich areas. The research results show that under the same water resources policy coupling, different regions also have different eco-economic effects. Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization, the concept of smart city is rising gradually. Wireless sensor network as an important technical support of smart city, its application in environmental monitoring and water resources management has a profound impact on economic growth. 基于无线传感器网络的智慧城市经济增长研究
随着城市化进程的加快,智慧城市的概念逐渐兴起。无线传感器网络作为智慧城市的重要技术支撑,其在环境监测和水资源管理方面的应用对经济增长有着深远的影响。水资源是人类最依赖的资源之一。随着世界人口的增长和经济的快速发展,水资源危机不断,水污染、水短缺、水浪费并存。如何建立完善的水资源经济政策是当前的世界性难题。目前,水资源政策的制定往往基于决策者的经验或知识体系。由于水资源利用的动态性和决策者信息的不完全性,往往会出现政策失误,影响经济增长。基于此,本文以甘肃、天津和浙江三个具有定性代表性的干旱地区、过渡地区和富水地区为研究对象,运用系统动力学模型研究了水资源管理政策对经济增长的影响机制。研究结果表明,在相同的水资源政策耦合下,不同地区也具有不同的生态经济效应。耦合水资源政策的效果优于单一水资源管理政策的效果。
