The most frequent incidence of urinary tract stones in patients with BPH at the age of 60 – 70 years of 15 samples (42.90 %), with the highest prostate volume being >50 mL, there are 15 samples (42.90 %), and the location of the most urinary tract stone were in the lower urinary tract with the bladder stone type being 30 samples (85.7%). Abstract

研究目的本研究旨在确定接受 TURP 手术的良性前列腺增生症患者中尿路结石的发病率。材料与方法：本研究是一项描述性研究，使用赛义夫-安瓦尔综合医院（RSSA）2018 - 2022年期间接受TURP手术的良性前列腺增生患者病历的二手数据。研究结果：在接受 TURP 的 169 例良性前列腺增生患者样本中，有 35 例样本出现了尿路结石。前列腺增生症患者中，尿路结石发生率最高的年龄段为60-70岁，有15例（42.90%），前列腺体积最大的>50毫升，有15例（42.90%），尿路结石位置最多的是下尿路，膀胱结石类型有30例（85.7%）。结论从结果中可以得出结论，接受 TURP 手术的良性前列腺增生患者中尿路结石的发病率为 20.7%，是 TURP 的绝对指征。关键词：良性前列腺增生良性前列腺增生尿路结石年龄前列腺体积
