A total of 250 responses were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0. \nResults The analysis revealed significant correlations among the key variables. Additionally, mindfulness was found to partially mediate the relationship between evaluative concern perfectionism and job burnout among working moms. The individual trait of evaluative concern perfectionism corresponds to job demands leading to burnout, and in such cases, mindfulness appears to play a role in mitigating maladaptive influences as a job resource. \nConclusions This implies that mindfulness, serving as a personality factor and a cognitive-behavioral intervention focus, plays a crucial role in addressing job burnout among working moms who exhibit perfectionistic tendencies. Abstract
