The analysis reveals how stress can induce a negative feedback loop that impairs academic performance and increases stress, highlighting the need for early interventions and supportive resources. In addition, the vital role of the university community in fostering an environment that promotes overall well-being through open communication and mutual support is emphasized. Stress in college students represents a growing concern, given its wide-ranging impact on emotional, psychological, physical, and academic well-being.
