In this way, products or services can be delivered in the right quantity, the right time and the right location and aims to minimize costs for the fulfillment of customer needs. Thus, performance in the SCM section becomes a work achievement that must be taken into account in carrying out the tasks given based on skill, seriousness, and time. Therefore, the problem of this research is at PT. BJ has many parties involved in the process of producing products from suppliers and all employees, the number of parties involved makes the company must be able to regulate whether the process runs effectively and efficiently or not so that the existing process does not waste time or waste time. The main purpose of this research is to find out and review and evaluate the performance of supply chain management at PT BJ. In research carried out using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results and discussion of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of supply chain management at PT.
