Directions and trends in the modernization of financial support for free medical care

Abstract

В статье исследуется проблематика оценки потребности в финансовом обеспечении государственных гарантий бесплатной медицинской помощи. Выявлены факторы, определяющие необходимость расширения государственных гарантий бесплатной медицинской помощи на фоне возрастающей потребности общества в услугах здравоохранения. Определены современные тренды модернизации финансового обеспечения государственных гарантий бесплатной медицинской помощи. Предложены новые концептуальные подходы, позволяющие научно обосновать и корректировать тарифную политику в сфере ОМС и расширить состав источников финансового обеспечения медицинской помощи. The article discusses the problem of determining the need for financial support of state guarantees of free medical care. Factors have been identified that determine the need to expand state guarantees of free medical care against the backdrop of society's growing need for health care services. Modern trends in the modernization of financial support for state guarantees of free medical care have been identified. New conceptual approaches have been proposed that make it possible to scientifically substantiate and adjust the tariff policy in the field of compulsory medical insurance and expand the composition of sources of financial support for medical care.
