The data collection technique used the snowball sampling technique. The data sources used were primary and secondary. Data collection techniques using participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Spredly model with four steps: domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis, and theme analysis.
