South Korea as a promising cinema tourism destination

Abstract

This article examines the factors that prove that the country is becoming a promising destination for film tourism in the world. Currently, South Korea attracts an increasing number of tourists from all over the world. In the country, in addition to standard types of tourism, new holiday destinations are becoming popular. Thanks to the Korean Wave and the Korean film industry in particular, the country is emerging as an attractive destination for film tourists. The purpose of the work was to study the potential of South Korea as a new center for film tourism.
