When grinding the material, a surfactant (surfactant) is introduced. Triethalamine (TEA) was used as a surfactant – grinding intensifier. Triethalamine is added immediately before grinding into the mill, in an amount of 0.03% in terms of dry matter of the mass of clinker loaded into the mill.Result. By adding a surfactant when grinding clinker, you can obtain a finished product, while the grinding time is reduced by 1.5 times.Conclusion. Abstract

Objective. Currently, cement is crushed in mills to a specific surface area of 2500-3000 and 3500-4500 cm2/g or more. Further grinding of clinker sharply worsens the properties of the resulting product.
