Objectively and even subjectively, data science turns out to be an adequate and elegant method for managing the multitude of data that can be used to make the results credible. The objective of this study is initially to collect, using the CELL INFO application, the power levels of certain performance indicators of mobile network operators in Cameroon. It mainly involves collecting RSRP and RSRQ and other related parameters like operator id, mobility speed, geographic location and analyzing through tools used in data sciences these parameters to assess the quality of service of mobile telephone operators.
