The method employed is assessing internet network performance using Quality of Service parameter, by evaluating when the implementation that has been carried out is deemed sufficient, the evaluation is carried out based on the test results of the Quality of Service parameter. The user speed test is performed on public IP, followed by data recording and capture using tilnet tools. The values for delay, throughput, packet loss, and jitter are then processed and calculated. The outcome of this research demonstrates that network revitalization has successfully increased bandwidth usage, particularly in data transmission (Tx). Abstract
