Abstract

This study assesses the efficacy of a fixed bed batch-type pyrolysis plant utilizing scrap tires as feedstock for waste management in Bangladesh. Pyrolysis presents a promising approach to address the mounting challenge of tire disposal by converting scrap tires into valuable products such as fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire.
