Abstract

The traditional system capability assessment methods are no longer able to address the challenges in system evaluation. Further development and innovation in algorithms are needed. This paper addresses the new challenges encountered in the system design process and proposes a system capability assessment algorithm centered around the evaluation of capability measurement values, capability advantages and disadvantages, as well as capability improvement and decline. These provide a scientific basis for determining the focus, direction, scale proportion, and improvement optimization of the system.
系统能力评估算法研究
