The working conditions of nursing staff were studied, the level of quality of nursing staff’s working life was determined, and the degree of job satisfaction of nursing staf f was studied. Conclusion. High job satisfaction improves the attitude of nursing staff to work and the organization, contributes to an increase in the level of labor and executive discipline and, as a result, increases the workers’ productivity.
