DEVELOPMENT OF CROWDFUNDING MODELS IN CHINA

Abstract

The article explores innovative mechanism of financial technologies called "crowdfunding". The authors propose a refined classification of crowdfunding models as new business models of the financial market in relation to China, identify the main trends in the genesis of transformation, provide practical examples of implementation, problems and prospects for the development of the Chinese crowdfunding market.
