Abstract

The article describes who can become self-employed, what goods individuals have the right to sell, and why it is necessary to issue a waiver letter for them. The author notes why payers of professional income tax (PIT) do not have the right to undergo certification. In addition, products have been established that are subject to mandatory conformity assessment.
