How to sell parallel imported goods on marketplaces

Abstract

The article presents the main mechanisms for controlling goods imported into Russia using parallel imports. The author reveals the mechanisms for combating counterfeit products that marketplaces use. In addition, the applied penalties for non-compliance with legal requirements are considered.
