In order to achieve the study objectives, three scales were used: the scale of cultural intelligence, the scale of psychological adjustment and the scale of academic adaptation; their validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of (295) male and female students. The results revealed that the level of cultural intelligence, psychological adjustment and academic adaptation was medium. The results revealed that there was a relationship for cultural intelligence as a mediating variable between psychological adjustment and academic adjustment. The results showed that both psychological adjustment and cultural intelligence accounted for (32%) of academic adjustment.
