The correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (424) teachers in schools of the Triangle Region within the Green Line who were randomly chosen, and a questionnaire to measure the practice of transformational leadership, and a questionnaire to measure the level of motivation were used after assuring their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of school principals’ practice of transformational leadership was high. The level of motivation among teachers was high and that there was a positive statistically significant correlation between the principals’ practice of transformational leadership and the level of motivation among teachers.
