To achieve the purpose of this study we have chosen a stratified random sample consisted of (500) students including (179) males and (321) female students from under-graduate students at university of Jordan registered in the first semester of academic year (2020/2021) in the program master and doctoral degrees in various Humanitarian, scientific and medical colleges, the data needed to answer the study questions were collected by applying two measures Academic integrity (AIQ) and Achievement motivation, the student's GPA were considered a measure of achievement. The results of the study showed that the under-graduate students at university of Jordan have high levels of academic integrity and have medium academic motivation. While the results of study indicated that, there were statistically significant difference in the academic integrity due to the variables: motivation & achievement for the higher motivation & achievement students. Abstract
