The study used the descriptive correlational approach. The study sample consisted of (218) faculty members from five Palestinian universities, who were chosen using the random stratified methodology, and the questionnaire was used as a study toll after verifying their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management in Palestinian universities was medium, and that the level of job satisfaction among faculty members was of a medium degree, and the existence of a positive correlation between the degree of effectiveness of e-learning management and the level of job satisfaction among faculty members in Palestinian universities. Abstract
