This study was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) Holding Plantation that is involved in the management, processing and marketing of plantation products. Crops include oil palm, rubber, sugarcane, tea, coffee, cocoa, tobacco, various timbers, fruits and many other crops.
