The purpose of this study is to describe the planning and implementation of the inquiry method to improve science process skills in science content at SDN 010 Siabu. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II with the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 24 class V students at SDN 010 Siabu. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation using instruments in the form of observation sheets of teacher and student activities as well as observation sheets of science process skills. Data analysis used qualitative analysis from interviews with teachers and quantitative analysis from observations of students' science process skills.
