Given the importance of work uniforms for the company, employees must wear the uniform every day. PT Indomarco is a company engaged in retail that has 9000 employees, and has problems with the procedure for exchanging employee uniforms that are no longer suitable for all employees. The research aim is to create an information system for submitting employee uniform exchanges easily and quickly. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through field research using observations and interviews. The results of the design were tested with the White Box Testing method when coding the program and the Black Box Testing method to test the functionality of the system.
