Abstract

The aim of this study is to unpack the bright side of overqualification. Based on social learning and human capital theories, this study is an attempt to explore the relationship between overqualification and innovative work behavior. Further, we investigate the role ofentrepreneurial leaders as a moderator in the relationship between overqualification and innovative work behavior.
