Health Promotion plays an important role in the process of community empowerment through activities that inform, influence and help the community to play an active role in encouraging behavior change and improving health towards optimal levels of health. The aim of this research is to analyze the readiness of clinics to implement digital media-based health promotion with an approach DOQIT (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology). This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research type design with a cross sectional approach. The samples taken were employees of the Fastabiq Sehat Pati clinic who were involved in digital media-based health promotion. The sampling technique for this research used a total sampling of 15 officers. The type of data used by researchers is primary data with questionnaires. The tool used for data collection is a questionnaire which is a modification of the DOQ-IT (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) questionnaire.
