Abstract
The level of health literacy (HL) has a significant impact on human health and quality of life.
Objective. To conduct a comparative analysis of the level of student health education, depending on the specialty and the course of study. To test the European questionnaire to determine the level of HL, adapted for Kazakhstan.
Materials and methods. In a single-stage cross-sectional study, 1st and 4th year students of the specialties «general medicine» (n=422) and «military medicine» (n=433) were interviewed.
