The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of students' thinking. When interacting between teachers and students it can take place as interpersonal or group interactions. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview, observation, and documentation collection techniques. \nKeywords: Moral Development, Communication, Interaction Process. \nAbstrak. Komunikasi merupakan hubungan kontrak langsung dan secara tidak langsung. Guru dan murid merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan, terlebih lagi dalam pengembangan akhlak. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil judul “POLA KOMUNIKASI GURU AGAMA KEPADA SISWA SMP ISLAM PLUS AL RUZHAN MANONJAYA DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas berpikir siswa. Ketika berinteraksi antara guru dan siswa dapat berlangsung sebagai interaksi interpersonal atau kelompok.
