Desain Furnitur Berbahan Bambu dengan Konsep Modern Rustic untuk Kafe di Kota Blitar, Studi Kasus Linang Kopi

Abstract

— Furniture is an essential component in a room that can function as both aesthetic and functional elements, especially in cafe. With the abundance of bamboo materials in Blitar, Indonesia, this research aims to designing bamboo-based furniture that align with the functional needs and aesthetics based on the characteristics of cafe visitors in Kota Blitar. The development of the designs involves several stages, such as the study of functional requirements of café’s furniture based on visitors activity, the study related to bamboo material processing for furniture, and the study of interior design characteristics of cafes based on the case study. The result of this research are furniture design recommendations for modern-rustic themed café in Blitar, Indonesia.
