This study uses the hybrid Best worst method (BWM) and Interval-valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the highest-weighted criteria, this research seeks to identify performance metrics that need improvement. In an era of economic development, business competition demands the acquisition of as many consumers as possible.
