This naturally requires a sound strategy in order to gain a competitive edge over rivals. The purpose this study evaluate performance of Multi-level Marketing (MLM) company’s supply chain with the SCOR model, which is one of the essential strategies a company should possess. This study uses the hybrid Best worst method (BWM) and Interval-valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the highest-weighted criteria, this research seeks to identify performance metrics that need improvement. The data were collected by filling in tables, there are three groups of experts who participate in determining the highest-weighted criteria.
