This study aimed to determine the relationship between midwifery students' attitudes toward e-learning and their future anxiety. \nMethods: This study used a cross-sectional research design and was conducted from the 9 to 22 March 2023 with 1026 students from across Türkiye. Data were collected using the online survey method. The data were collected with the Personal Information Form, the E-Learning Attitude Scale University Students Form and the Future Anxiety in University Students Scale. \nResults: The total score on the E-Learning Attitude Scale was 33.53±13.78, and the total score on the Future Anxiety Scale was 62.17±13.95. There was a significant negative relationship between the mean scores for these two scales. \nConclusion: The study showed that positive attitudes toward e-learning were low and future anxiety was high. Abstract
