Materials & methods: This retrospective study included 38 patients with NSCLC driver mutations. The relationship between clinical and inflammatory markers concerning progression-free survival and overall survival was analyzed based on Kaplan-Meier curves. Results: The mean age of the patients was 59.8 ± 11.9. Progression-free survival and overall survival were significantly longer in patients under 65 years of age and with low neutrophil–lymphocyte ratio, low systemic immune-inflammation index and high lymphocyte count (p < 0.05).
