The synthesized technique possesses a number of standout characteristics, including few reaction steps, high yield, simple reaction conditions and no need for any further purification processes. Abstract
In effort to develop biologically active compounds, novel heterocyclic compounds of thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine tethered with 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles through methylene-oxy group were synthesized and characterized.
