This research method uses a phenomenological approach which is used to explore detailed data on informants. The results of the research show that the dissemination of information related to Sunan Kalijaga’s penjamasan pusaka tourism attraction only relies on posters and banners so this is not effective in attracting tourist interest. Therefore, it needs an alternative step by using storytelling about the religious meaning of penjamasan pusaka. Abstract

The Sunan Kalijaga’s penjamasan pusaka tourist attraction has been included in the calendar of events of Demak Tourism Service since 1976. However, tourists visiting to this tourist attraction of penjamasan pusaka have not increased significantly.
