On the other hand, the red cabbage extracts have high DPPH (IC50 values ranged from 0.21±0.06 to 0.94±0.03 mg/mL) and ABTS (IC50 values ranged from 0.29±0.01 to 0.46±0.05 mg/mL) activities at all pH values and times.
