Various issues related to learning language skills include teacher teaching capabilities, the quality of teaching in the classroom, and applying lesson plans. The framework is based on the modified instruction design steps from the ADDIE model, consisting of the need for analysis, the design and development phase, and the implementation and evaluation phase. Abstract

To uphold education in Malaysia, especially Malay language education, and enhance the ability of Malay language skills at the primary level, a reform in teaching and learning Malay language education at the primary level is required. Language teaching strategies use a variety of principles, techniques, and approaches to meet the concept of integration in the National Philosophy of Education.
