Bulldozer and Crime

Abstract

To know the effect of bulldozer action in controlling the criminals, the cases registered under Section 302 (Murder) IPC in Juvenile Justice Board Farrukhabad from 2010 to 2024 were analyzed and the facts obtained were analyzed on the basis of percentage of crime. Conclusions have been given after analyzing research papers representative of Uttar Pradesh. The objective of the research paper has been to know the effect of bulldozing action of Uttar Pradesh government in controlling the criminals.
