The sample size of the study comprised 48 secondary school head teachers with the same ratio of male and female 144 secondary school teachers, 426 students of secondary classes with the same ratio of gender and locality. The questionnaires were developed for data collection from HT, SSTs and Secondary School Students. Abstract

The present research study as an effort to identify the teachers’ professional challenges regarding the knowledge of managerial matters at secondary level.
