The conditions were defined under which each fog generators embedded technical solutions have maximum disinfecting effect on rooms interiour surfaces. Authors present results of assessing the eficacy of application of modem disinfectants «Miracid», «Hort», «Hort light», «Hort steril concentrate» and «Perokcilakt» using a hot fog generator. The maximum antibacterial activity During disinfection of the interior surfaces of the room contaminated with bacteria of the strain S. aureus 906 and spores of the strain B. anthracis STI-1 by irrigation with disinfectants in concentrations of 8?% using a hot fog generator in concentrations, specified in the instructions for use, was detected in the disinfectant «Hort steril concentrate», which contains glutaraldehyde.
