The maximum antibacterial activity During disinfection of the interior surfaces of the room contaminated with bacteria of the strain S. aureus 906 and spores of the strain B. anthracis STI-1 by irrigation with disinfectants in concentrations of 8?% using a hot fog generator in concentrations, specified in the instructions for use, was detected in the disinfectant «Hort steril concentrate», which contains glutaraldehyde. Abstract

The paper presents results of a comparative study of bactericidal and sporicidal activity of hydrogen peroxide and Chloraminum B in the composition of hot and cold fog on the strain Staphylococcus aureus 906 and on spores of the strain Bacillus anthracis STI-1. The conditions were defined under which each fog generators embedded technical solutions have maximum disinfecting effect on rooms interiour surfaces.
