This case study displays the importance of having social intrapreneurs who drive change to provide resident-tailored tourism experiences and underscores the significance of local partnerships. Additionally, realistic considerations for replicability at other destinations are discussed. Abstract

Destination Toronto (DT), Toronto’s Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), aims to bring visitors and conference attendees to Toronto.
