В статье рассматривается соотношение естественного и позитивного права. Обсуждается не- обходимость обеспечения универсальных принципов естественного права как гарантии сохранения свободы и прав граждан в эпоху цифровой трансформации. This article examines the relationship between natural and positive law. The need to ensure universal principles of natural law as a guarantee of the preservation of freedom and rights of citizens in the era of digital transformation is discussed.
