This type of research is quantitative research using primary data collected through survey methods with questionnaire techniques. Sample determination using purposive sampling method and data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust have a positive effect on behavioral intention, and perceived risk has no effect on behavioral intention.
