Abstract
Complex dielectric function (ɛ = ɛ1 + iɛ2) spectra of a heat treated single crystal yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) have been determined over a spectral range of 0.03–8.5 eV using spectroscopic ellipsometry.
