Abstract

To modernize the existing manual control copper powder workshop anode production line and achieve superior technological outcomes, researchers designed an operational algorithm for an automated complex within the copper powder project workshop. The team selected equipment for an effective anode production line automation system. They wrote the software code in TIA Portal 16v and implemented a system to visualize the technological process at each stage of the line’s operation. The developed automation system simplifies the control process of the anode production line and enhances its operational reliability.
