Secondly, the paper proposes the concepts of attribute praise, attribute popularity, total praise, and total popularity for the first time, fully mining information from bipolar N-soft sets, which can effectively handle situations where attribute values have different orders of magnitude. In addition, this paper presents the decision-making process of the new method, closely integrating theoretical models with real life. Abstract

The multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) methods can deeply mine hidden information in data and make a more reliable decision with actual needs and human cognition.
