The proposed method involves designing anisotropic conditions, focusing on exploring the effects of surface roughness on a metal wire in a two-dimensional space with the presence of a magnetic field. This paper presents a mathematical model for studying the proposed method. Furthermore, simulation results are analyzed and discussed in the context of the proposed method. Abstract This paper aims to investigate a novel method for regularizing the random movements of electrons, in order to generate net movement and extract energy from the resulting electromotive force.
