Here, we show interaction of DNMT3L with Piwi and a significant alteration in the piRNA profile across multiple generations in transgenic <i>Drosophila</i>. Abstract
Aim: To explore the role of Piwi protein and piRNAs in DNMT3L-mediated epigenetic inheritance.
