The researcher utilized a self-designed psychological resilience scale to collect data. The obtained data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software, employing statistical techniques such as the Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Cronbach coefficient, one-sample t-test, two-independent samples t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results indicated a high level of psychological resilience among university students, as reflected in the total score of the resilience scale. Furthermore, statistically significant differences were observed between male and female students regarding their average resilience scores, with males showing higher levels of psychological resilience. However, no significant differences were found between genders in terms of self-efficacy and optimism dimensions on the psychological resilience scale. Moreover, the study revealed no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among students from different specializations or study levels.
