Abstract

Purpose: To demonstrate the effectiveness of water bolus, combined with individual immobilization for the treatment of lesions in the pedal region of the foot on a patient with isolated cutaneous T-cell lymphoma lesions. Material and methods: Construction of individual immobilization devices, simultaneously functioning as a bolus, in two clinical cases of T-cell cutaneous lymphoma radiation therapy in the pedal region of the foot, along with 3D-CRT and VMAT treatment planning, accompanied by retrospective evaluation of interfractional motion.
