Relevant Issues of Functioning of the National Legal Ideology as the Basis for Legal Consciousness of Employees of Law Enforcement Authorities

Abstract

The article deals with issues characterized by an ever-growing degree of relevance, namely those related to the national legal ideology. At the same time, some of its aspects are analyzed by the author from the point of view of the role in the process of forming the legal consciousness of persons directly involved in law enforcement activities through the implementation of the law enforcement function, on the basis of which there is drawn a conclusion about the importance of the effective functioning of the national legal ideology to prevent the destructive transformation of the professional legal consciousness of law enforcement officers as indicator of the shape of the legal culture of society.
